I placed an order for my long distance boyfriend so I could ask him to a dance (I live 500 miles away), and they were not only so kind to me when I asked them to change the pick up date and time (I accidentally placed the order for the next day), but also were so kind and helped me leave a note on it as well asking him to the dance. “This location is one of my favorites — the food is always fresh, service is quick, and the staff are kind. I did notice one opportunity for improvement: a team member went from opening the back door and freezer door with gloved hands, straight to grabbing a handful of frozen tots/corn dog bites. A little training reminder on what gloves should (and shouldn’t) touch on the way to the fryer/freezer could help make your already great service even stronger.”

“Took a chance and stopped in for breakfast around 9:45 on a Saturday; no wait. I always rate a restaurant by ordering biscuits and gravy; it's just what I do~ Colter's Lodge is only the second place in the US that I will admit has made them better than I do at home! Hashbrowns were also notable; seasoned and cooked perfectly; a welcome change to the typical/bland oil and potatoes flavor. Every staff member said good morning to my wife and I and our drinks were always full! Will definitely be eating breakfast here until we leave on Monday!”
