Our food was very good. I read a prior review about the hashbrowns not being great, ours were very good. My daughter got the chicken fried steak and scrambled eggs (prior post said those were overdone)… take that with a grain of salt… everyone likes their scrambled eggs different… her eggs were cooked just fine. I had the Spanish omelette and hashbrowns, and it was also very good! Place is dated but it’s clean, so if you’re looking for uppity, maybe pass, but if food...
Perfect for an early breakfast while traveling from Yellowstone down south. Beware of the pancakes - you gotta be really hungry. The sausages are more for smash burger lovers and please upgrade your syrup for the pancakes. Ambiente is authentic, service was great. Restrooms need a replumbing!
Had breakfast, got the chicken fried steak with eggs and toast. It was okay, the steak and gravy were good but the toast was a little closer to bread, my scramble eggs were a bit over cooked and the hashbrowns were raw and burnt at the same time. I'd stear clear of the hashbrowns. Wife's food was okay, eggs cooked right and her bacon looked thick although it was a little over cooked. Her hashbrowns same story. Service was fine although some things on my wife's plate...
