“If you’re like me and judge establishments by their taxidermy, there are not enough stars to hand out for The Mercantile in Atlantic City, WY. I’ve traveled extensively searching for pinnacle when it comes to rustic charm, and The Merc cannot be outdone. Beyond the aesthetics, the server at the bar was attentive to our needs and our lunch was fast and hit the spot after a day of blue grouse hunting at my secret spot (don’t bother asking me). I cannot wait for my next visit and hope I can make it in for a steak dinner soon, that is cooked on their open-flame grill seen in the photos.”
