This place is so small which makes it crowded. You order on a touch screen. There is no option for a person to take your order. Then you go to a person to pay or can do it at the kiosk if you are paying with a card.
The service was slow. Although they were busy. None of the servers or counter staff were in a hurry. We waited 20 minutes for our order. The rest room was in need of cleaning. The tables were dirty and the floor had food scattered all over. The food was as you would expect from McDonalds. Customers should expect more...or eat somewhere else.
Walk in and literally get ignored while standing at the counter waiting to order. Server takes my order with a look of total disinterest. She didn't even say hi. They yelled my number and when I got my food, 30 seconds later, no server to ask for and condiments like ketchup. Food was edible but didn't taste good.
