Jimmy John's Reviews
My Turkey Tom was fine, but my son had the "big john", ha what a joke. He actually wondered if they were sneaking the beef to take home or eating it there. Hardly any meat on the sandwich and only 5 inches long. Plus the sandwich artist was kind of rude! Not going back to that JJ. Laramie has an awesome JJ by the campus.
Just wanted to give a big shoutout to this specific jimmy johns place!
We were stuck in a snow storm last week at a motel 6 the car had broken down, and we were just going through a lot! I’ve placed a order through DoorDash for breakfast which after 4 hours they failed to deliver my order…

I have ordered several times thru this store and their service is sub par.
The slogan is Freaky Fast, not Freaky SLOW.
SIMPLE orders not done correctly. On my most recent order, today, Forget avocado add on the sandwich, broken drink equipment, not properly communicated to me for a suitable substitution. Got a free sandwich card, not acceptable. Called to speak to manager and was promptly hung up on. Not an appropriate way to run a business.

Jimmy John's offers typical Jimmy John's food with fast and timely service. The staff is nice and friendly, and the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, making it a great spot for lunch. The seating area is huge, cozy, and clean, with all tables and bathrooms well-maintained. Customers can enjoy a quick service, often being served immediately after ordering, and the restaurant provides a tap-to-pay option for convenience. Parking is surprisingly plentiful for a downtown location, making it easy to access from the highway, even for those traveling with trailers. While orders are generally accurate, mistakes can happen, so it's good to double-check. Prices can be a bit high, and sometimes the wait may be long, but overall, it’s a friendly place to grab a bite quickly. The atmosphere remains quiet and peaceful, and many find it a helpful stop during travel or daily lunch breaks.
