“Last night my son ordered a papa John’s pizza. 45 minutes later and still no pizza, as the guy I’m with watched as papa John’s delivery driver haven’t sons pizza to some other trailer. So, I called papa John’s on Lincoln way to get our pizza the employee tried arguing with means made no offer to make right. So I called papa Johnson sell range and complained to that manager. He stated he’d make the Lincoln way store make it right. I went ahead and bought a couple pizzas not trusting these untrustworthy people of this town. Almost 10 am and no pizza. Thanks papa John’s you weren’t favorite pizza. My poor boy never got his pizza he ordered. THANKS PAPAJOHNS! Update: papa John’s literally got back with my man and my sons pizza was delivered tonight, so they made it right with us, except Papa John’s employees didn’t deliver this pizza. So who did deliver this pizza.“
“There was a mixup with our order and another customers. Called the store and was instantly answered. The employee who answered the phone was so paitent and did everything she could to understand the situation. The store manager at the time, Kyle, was so apologetic and did whatever he could to make it right. Mistakes happen sometimes but I so appreciate the awesome customer service I recieved. Will definetely be back.“
