Subway in Cheyenne

“Visiting from out of town for Cheyenne Frontier Days. Ida is the best Sandwich Artist I have experienced in a long time. I worked at Subway many years ago so I am incredibly picky when it comes to how my sandwich is made and the service I receive at Subway. She was attentive, friendly, and changed her gloves in between multi tasking. She was super fast with my large order as well!“

“Tony and Ally were lovely! They made a beautiful sandwich and went out of their way to help customers. Very friendly, made a clean sandwich, and perfect proportions. Not a big fan of Subway usually, but this place was pretty good. Excellent customer service.“

“Our sandwich artist Brooke had awesome customer service this evening. The store was clean, there was one customer dining in as we were ordering our sandwiches, which were amazing! She even helped me realize I had been ordering the wrong sub (I've only been a few times since the menu was revamped) the past few times I had been in and told me it's new name to save me from seeming like a super picky eater to future sandwich artists.“

“A good local deli is difficult to find, but the local and close-by Subway is a nice fill-in, friendly staff, good menu selection, fair prices, and located inside a local convenience store makes a quick stop here productive, recommended for service and convenience for a not your typical sandwich!“

“The new Ghost Pepper Steak Nacho sub offers a decent spice kick, but the artificial-tasting cheese sauce holds it back. While Subway remains convenient for quick meals, their attempt at "premium" offerings still feels like standard fast food. At least the bread was fresh and veggies crisp. I got it with a coupon so that is why I gave it 4 stars and not 3.“

“Super kind and professional staff. We had a few items missing from our order, no big deal human error happens. I called to see how it could be resolved and the staff as incredibly kind and helpful, got my order fixed and was very professional. The food was well made and tastes good.“

“I went here because i was very hungry and the other restaurants were further away and i didn’t wanna drive 20 something miles to a different restaurant, I was unsure to go here since of the bad reviews but when i went to place my order, The worker(I don’t know what her name was) was very kind and wasn’t rude or not working like some reviews say, I place my order and then it comes out 5 minutes later which is very quick compared to normal wait times for food in restaurants and everything came out to be 20$ which is a very good price since i ordered a lot of food for my family. The food was very good and nothing was wrong with it. I don’t know why there is such bad reviews,5/5 You should go to this subway if you are in this area.“
