Subway in Cheyenne

“Visiting from out of town for Cheyenne Frontier Days. Ida is the best Sandwich Artist I have experienced in a long time. I worked at Subway many years ago so I am incredibly picky when it comes to how my sandwich is made and the service I receive at Subway. She was attentive, friendly, and changed her gloves in between multi tasking. She was super fast with my large order as well!“

“Tony and Ally were lovely! They made a beautiful sandwich and went out of their way to help customers. Very friendly, made a clean sandwich, and perfect proportions. Not a big fan of Subway usually, but this place was pretty good. Excellent customer service.“

“Kinda upset I did not catch the two gentleman working name I know one said he was the manager but I had a bad experience with bad sanitation at a Subway in a pilot( I know my own fault closest one to my job) but I wanted Subway so bad and when I walked in there was a few people in front of me but immediately the guy working greeted me and apologized for the wait and was finishing another customers order and he was busting his but trying to make sure everyone got their order the presentation of the sandwich could’ve been better but even while waiting they were talking to me very welcoming the both were explaining how tired they were and they we’re doing an amazing job both definitely showed a little passion in their jobs which is rare these days ate my sandwich in store and it was clean food was great.“

“After being brushed off at the Central Ave Subway, I called the Carlson St. location to see if they could help. The assistant manager answered and was immediately kind, helpful, and apologetic about the experience I’d just had. She told me to come in and they’d take care of it — and they absolutely did!

When I arrived, they made my order with no issues, even as several online orders came in behind me. The team was efficient and polite, and the assistant manager went above and beyond with her customer service. This location turned a frustrating experience into a positive one, and I truly appreciate the way they handled everything.

“A good local deli is difficult to find, but the local and close-by Subway is a nice fill-in, friendly staff, good menu selection, fair prices, and located inside a local convenience store makes a quick stop here productive, recommended for service and convenience for a not your typical sandwich!“

“The new Ghost Pepper Steak Nacho sub offers a decent spice kick, but the artificial-tasting cheese sauce holds it back. While Subway remains convenient for quick meals, their attempt at "premium" offerings still feels like standard fast food. At least the bread was fresh and veggies crisp. I got it with a coupon so that is why I gave it 4 stars and not 3.“

“I went here because i was very hungry and the other restaurants were further away and i didn’t wanna drive 20 something miles to a different restaurant, I was unsure to go here since of the bad reviews but when i went to place my order, The worker(I don’t know what her name was) was very kind and wasn’t rude or not working like some reviews say, I place my order and then it comes out 5 minutes later which is very quick compared to normal wait times for food in restaurants and everything came out to be 20$ which is a very good price since i ordered a lot of food for my family. The food was very good and nothing was wrong with it. I don’t know why there is such bad reviews,5/5 You should go to this subway if you are in this area.“
