Subway in Cheyenne

“Visiting from out of town for Cheyenne Frontier Days. Ida is the best Sandwich Artist I have experienced in a long time. I worked at Subway many years ago so I am incredibly picky when it comes to how my sandwich is made and the service I receive at Subway. She was attentive, friendly, and changed her gloves in between multi tasking. She was super fast with my large order as well!“

“It’s Subway… so the food is the food, but we all know there are great/good locations and there are those that took their business model from the slowest, most incompetent DMV or post office you’ve ever visited (not to say all DMV’s and post offices are bad, but you know what I mean).
Admittedly, it was slow when I went in, but it was clean and the employee who served me was attentive, engaged and even curious about my weird order (BMT, turkey instead of ham, toasted with pepperoni on top for the toasting). This used to be a sandwich on the menu, but it’s been 5+ years and I’ve had a wide variety of experiences trying to order it since then. This server made it just the way I asked him to and seemed perfectly happy to do it. I didn’t get his name, but I was there on 4.OCT.2025 around 1:00 or 1:30, I think.“

“Tony and Ally were lovely! They made a beautiful sandwich and went out of their way to help customers. Very friendly, made a clean sandwich, and perfect proportions. Not a big fan of Subway usually, but this place was pretty good. Excellent customer service.“

“A good local deli is difficult to find, but the local and close-by Subway is a nice fill-in, friendly staff, good menu selection, fair prices, and located inside a local convenience store makes a quick stop here productive, recommended for service and convenience for a not your typical sandwich!“

“After being brushed off at the Central Ave Subway, I called the Carlson St. location to see if they could help. The assistant manager answered and was immediately kind, helpful, and apologetic about the experience I’d just had. She told me to come in and they’d take care of it — and they absolutely did!

When I arrived, they made my order with no issues, even as several online orders came in behind me. The team was efficient and polite, and the assistant manager went above and beyond with her customer service. This location turned a frustrating experience into a positive one, and I truly appreciate the way they handled everything.

“The new Ghost Pepper Steak Nacho sub offers a decent spice kick, but the artificial-tasting cheese sauce holds it back. While Subway remains convenient for quick meals, their attempt at "premium" offerings still feels like standard fast food. At least the bread was fresh and veggies crisp. I got it with a coupon so that is why I gave it 4 stars and not 3.“

“Their new manager Maddie is amazing, she does well under pressure working the store all day alone. Her customer service is very nice as you don't see that a lot anymore. She made my sandwich perfectly and was very polite and helpful with suggestions when I didn't know what would go well together.“

“Lemme tell the young woman working here has got it down. The SUBWAY is clean inside this pilot. Service was fast quick and easy. She took her time to fit all of my ingredients neatly in my sandwich with out spillage even with the sauce at the end. This place deserves way better than a 3.0 with this young lady running the show here all alone. Don’t eat anything from the pilot gas station with out making sure this subway is open. Let’s get this score up people.“
