Very Disappointing Service
This is the third time I’ve visited Pilot’s Subway, and once again I was told by a staff member that they were closed for 30 minutes. What’s even more frustrating is that 30 minutes earlier, I was told the exact same thing.
This kind of repeated negligence and poor communication is extremely disappointing, especially for a busy truck stop where customers depend on the food service being available during posted hours.

I had a terrible experience at this Subway inside the Pilot truck stop. I waited patiently as the sixth person in line to order two rotisserie-style chicken salad bowls. Because English is not my first language, I made sure to repeat my order four times so there would be no misunderstanding.
