Sunshine Coffee Reviews
I’ve been an employee and tenant of the Laramie Plains Civic Center for 2 years and the addition of Sunshine Coffee has been much needed. Not only does the building now offer food and drink outside of its lone Pepsi machine, but it has tremendously enhanced the atmosphere of the south entrance of the building.
When I come into the building now, there are smiling faces gathered and great smells of coffee and food filling the space. It feels much more alive than before....read full review
Such a warm and inviting space! The coffee and food are amazing! I love the no waste model and the location is absolutely perfect for young families, located in the Civic center with The Nest, Abundance, sports, and martial arts and across the street from the library. I'm obsessed!!!

Sunshine Coffee offers a large yet inviting space perfect for a quiet morning with good tasting coffee or matcha. The pastries are delightful, and the drip coffee is excellent. Customers enjoy the peaceful ambiance with ample seating for doing homework, and parking is easier than downtown coffee shops. Many praise the warm, cozy, and comfortable seating, as well as the dog-friendly environment where the staff even provided a piece of cheese for a furry visitor. Highlights include the matcha lattes, sweet cinnamon rolls, and day-old cookies for $1, along with high-quality bagel sandwiches, scones, and house-made syrups for the lattes. The coffee shop is located in the repurposed reception office of an old schoolhouse, adding to its unique charm. The staff is described as the sweetest group, welcoming everyone, including families with children who can enjoy "Open Play" in the connected gym on Sundays and Mondays. Sunshine Coffee also has a zero-waste policy, allowing customers to use their own mugs, and it has a community fund that makes donating easy. The baristas provide excellent service, making it a must-visit spot in Laramoe.
