Taco Juan's is pretty popular across Colorado. I was expecting it to taste like Taco Bell (one of my least favorites), but I was pleasantly surprised. I got the standard crispy tacos (two of them) and my dad got the super burrito with ground beef, beans, salsa, cheese, sour cream, and olives (unlike the cafeteria beef seen at some of the Mexican restaurants in town here).
