Food was great. However we asked the Cashier what her favorite items on the menu were and and immediately dismissed us and said she didn't have time for us (basically kick rocks). Would be a great place if they upped their service.

We’re Green River people but always stop at Heart and Soul on our way through Pinedale. The lady at the register is so sweet and the food is always really good. The chocolate cake is excellent. Thanks!

Not great, even when coming off trail and really wanting to like it. Toast isn’t toasted. Avocado toast had so little avocado it wasn’t possible to spread it to cover the warm bread. Tomato slices, which cost extra, were hard and underripe. Everything is served in plastic and styrofoam. Nice ambiance.

What a wonderful place to stop if you’re ever in Pinedale. The city, the people, and food are all represented so eloquently here at Heart & Soul Cafe. A hearty town with great food and a wonderful staff. Frank, an elated server, gave us a warm welcome and always made sure to make us feel comfortable. The food, more specifically the Rancher Skillet was delicious and gave us the energy we needed for the day. I’d highly recommend to stop in if you’re ever in the area.

The food was okay but the owner was extremely rude. Patrons have to order from a menu at the counter and the owner was not hospitable. I think she should consider retirement. Food was average. The avocado toast was simply a piece of toast with 3 slices of avocado on it….not mashed or seasoned. There is a lot of Trump memorabilia (2020) and gift items available for purchase if that is something you need. There is a water fountain in the entrance that leaks on the floor so use caution. When we told the owner there was a lot of water on the floor in hopes she would mop it up or place a sign of warning so no one would slip. her reply was “I know!” Not much of a Heart and kind of a Dark Soul. Won’t be back!

Wins the award of the worse coffee in Wyoming (or even along the whole Continental Divide)… staff was kinda rude, although not a busy morning. And coffee was diluted and very blend. Sad.

I got food poisoning there. The next day, I was vomiting and had diarrhea. Worst feeling while on vacation. Eggs Benedict wasn't cooked properly. Since it was the first time getting this, i wasn't sure what to expect, but the whites weren't done at all. After cutting into it, it was like water gushing out. Not knowing how it was supposed to be cooked, I ate part of it. I looked it up, and with improper cooking of eggs, Benedict, you can get salmonella poisoning. This place may be good, but they certainly don't know how to cook that dish. Worst feeling ever.

People working are beyond rude. Everyone who talked to us was condescending and talked to us like we were stupid. I should have taken my business elsewhere when the first worker was rude to me.

Great patio and good food. Not the greatest service, as the owner seems annoyed by her customers.
