Mallard's Bar and Grill at Rendezvous Meadow Golf Course is a hidden gem in Pinedale. The staff is friendly, and the owners are kind and personable. The menu may be limited, but everything tried so far has been delicious. The mushrooms and Brussels sprouts are must-try appetizers. The Chicken Cordon Bleu and Western Wellington are packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The Western Wellington, a Mallard's original, is wrapped in bacon and filled with mushrooms for a unique twist. The Steak Sliders are also a favorite, with tender steak and crispy onions. Burgers, Swiss mushroom and Sriracha maple bacon, are also a great choice. Get homemade fries but you must ask for their homemade spicy fry sauce! Oh Jesus sauces are amazing. Beyond the great food, Mallard's is a place to relax with friends, play pool, and enjoy live music on Fridays. Don't miss out on Sushi Nights on Thursdays.
