Mangy Moose Jackson Hole

The online open table menu says they have Bison Burgers which was actually the reason we went, and when we looked at the menu and tried to order them, the waiter said they had not had them for a about a year, and that they had not updated their menu. Food is good. Service was great.

Food was average. Very dark we couldn't read the menu's. Thank goodness for phone lights. The server was not very attentive. He just wasn't genuine. He gave us an “all good?” As he rushed by. Over ok food I guess.

Friendly atmosphere

We drove here from the National park hoping to get a good lunch. Our time was rather wasted going to eat at this restaurant. We had the two flat bread meals and the chicken sandwich. All three of us were disappointed with the flavor or lack of and spent way too much money for meals that we didn’t like. I saw several plates unfinished around us. Obviously the reasons will vary but in my opinion if it was good food you wouldn’t see a lot of food left behind on plates. We would not eat here again or recommend it, sorry management but I needed to be honest about the food.
The positive here is the service. Our waitress was on top of it, working hard and quickly with all of her tables in our area.

What’s up Jackson hole ?! Thank you for helping us feed our 10 pax party ! Food was yummy and you helped us with all our quirky needs . So glad I shared with my wife since the portions are big ! Again mahalos to the waitstaff that took care of us ! Kudos to ya !!!

Terrible service all around. These waiters act like they hate their jobs! Today we were in for a late lunch. We ordered 2 burgers, each prepared differently. The waitress mixed up
Our orders and didn’t offer to do anything about it. We had to ask for water when we needed it as she never returned to refill our glasses. Would never recommend this place to anyone!!!

Food was the regular hsmburgers and pizzas, nothing special about them. Pricing as expected in a resort town, higher than any place for the travelling and vacationing communities. The waitng stafr was attentive and accommodating.

My husband and I just had our wedding reception here at the Mangy Moose. We held the reception on the patio outside. Adam and Kat were our two points of contact for the event and they were both incredible from start to finish. Kat met with us a couple of days before the event, I told her what we envisioned and she made it come to life. She communicated with our florist to coordinate the day-of drop-off which was great because wedding planning and coordination can be a lot. Kat and her team set up everything and they executed it flawlessly.

The food was amazing and we heard over and over from our guests how good it was. We got the salmon, prime rib, asparagus, and Mac and cheese. All of it was SO good. I cannot thank the entire team at Mangy Moose enough for making our wedding day so perfect.

I planned this wedding from across
the country, never having seen the space but they were so reassuring and made our vision come to life.

Messed up my order and food came out cold. I asked them to heat it up kindly ($49 meal btw and over and hour wait). The waiter then gave me a disgusting smirk and brought the food back cold again. This is unacceptable and the staff was rude. Would not recommend ever.

Very frustrated with this place. I called ahead to make sure they were playing the USA World Cup game and they said they were and explicitly said they were and playing the audio. I got there and they had people performing and were playing the game in the background. They said there were sports bars nearby but I did t know they weren’t playing the game until minutes before it started.
