Teton Thai Teton Village

Amazing food, best Thai restaurant we’ve ever been to. For appetizers, we ordered the stir fried green beans, steamed dumplings, and satay gai. All 3 of these were incredible. Best dumplings I’ve tasted; they have a combination of so many different flavors inside them along with an incredible sauce. For our main dishes, we got three different curries, one with duck, one with tofu, and one with chicken. Service was amazing, super friendly waitress with great menu recommendations. Cute atmosphere with heated enclosed patio seating as well as a very nice indoor space.

I’ve been back home for a while now, but my disappointment with this restaurant still lingers. I feel compelled to share my experience. During our visit, we received shockingly poor service. The place was a mess with several uncleaned tables, and the waitress (a tattooed woman) was incredibly rude to me and my family from the moment we walked in. It was clear she was more interested in chatting with her friends near the register than doing her job. To make matters worse, she openly mocked us, clearly assuming we didn’t speak English. It was an uncomfortable and disrespectful experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Same as everyone, we were charged 20% tips without consent. Teton Thai, you can do better.

Dining at this restaurant was the worst experience of our trip! The waitress brought the wrong dishes 3 times. The beef（crying tiger） was so tough it was impossible to chew. The fried duck（Crispy Duck Drunken Noodle) was overcooked and too dry. The service was extremely slow, and the waitress was chatting with customers at the bar, completely ignoring our requests. Every time we needed something, we had to get up and walk over to them. Guess why their service is so terrible？ Because they automatically charge a 20% tip.

What a gem in this village! A 100% must visit if you are in Jackson Hole/Teton village. The taste is authentic and the service is impeccable. The wait staff has been there for years and the owners live down the road. For a big city girl, this small town feel was so precious!

We ordered takeout and it was delicious. I had the spicy chicken fried rice and I would 100% recommend.

It's really delicious Thai food. I ordered Tom Yum Kung, Ta Pau and Seafood Pad Thai. They were all delicious. The staff were friendly and informed me in advance that the meal price includes 20% service charge, but there will be an additional charge at checkout. Tipping is required. Although the food is delicious, the service charge and tip are really amazing.

Wontons and egg rolls were the best part!! So delicious and amazing sauce. I got the spicy fried rice with beef. It was okay, not my favorite but wasn’t horrible. Prices were steep and it was expensive to eat here. Atmosphere is great and our service was great as well!

We did a take out. For take out food they charged us 20% tip which we thought was ridiculous. For take away food this service charge is too high.
