two broken lamps, broken shade, tv won’t turn off, no one answers the phone - asked for foam pillows and i got A pillow king size,with some random pillowcase on it that was made for a standard size.

Overall it has been a positive experience.
Check-in: I arrived after check in time. Staff is always friendly. Leo checked me in on my first visit. Second visit I saw him and he recalled our conversation from the time before. They are dog friendly which is a plus in my book.
