Persephone Westbank offers a great atmosphere, amazing coffee, and delicious baked goods and food. The bacon egg breakfast sandwich is a favorite, and the cafe has many other high-quality items on the menu, including the tasty egg and ham croissant, strawberry rhubarb pastry, and buttery croissants. The lattes are great, especially the seasonal pistachio latte, rose cardamom latte, and gingerbread latte—full of flavor but not too sweet. The mountain berry jam and huckleberry honey are huge fan favorites. While pricey, the quality is excellent, and it’s a very nice cafe with beautiful decor, comfortable seats, and fresh flowers for a cozy experience. It’s a popular spot, so you might have to wait a bit, but it’s worth it. The Westbank location is larger and easier for parking. Though it could be open for longer hours, Persephone is definitely a place worth returning to.
