Grant Village Dining Room Reviews
We had a wonderful server who was extremely accommodating which was very appreciated after a long road trip. Deon was happy to give us AMAZING service and a bright smile. we will 100% come again for the great food as well. All around great place!
I saw the reviews on Yelp and I was actually nervous and hesitant to come here at first. Without reservations ahead of time, the wait was 45 min. However, the food was actually really great. Perfect flavor. Our server was really kind. The ice cream was worth it. Seriously, I would recommend it to families and anyone, especially if you live in Bear Lodge nearby or any other Grant Village Hotel.

Grant Village Dining Room provides a variety of experiences, with great views of the lake making it a pleasant stop even for just a coffee. The restaurant offers dishes like the Smoked Trout Dip and Salmon entree, which received praise for their quality. The staff, including waitresses Annabell and Sage, are attentive and friendly, ensuring good service. The location's scenery enhances the dining experience, especially during dinner when the lake view is especially beautiful. The menu includes options such as the Bison Burger, which is highly recommended, though some meal options can be over seasoned. The breakfast buffet, priced at $16.99, was considered disappointing compared to other nearby options. Free parking is available close to the restaurant.
Reservations are recommended, as same-day bookings are not accepted, and wait times can be long, particularly around dinner time. Arriving early might allow walk-in guests to be seated without a reservation. The atmosphere is highly praised, making it a top choice for meals in the area. Food quality is generally good, with appetizers like smoked trout pate and onion rings receiving excellent reviews. However, some entrees such as fish and chips and wagyu burger have been disappointing, with overcooked fish and bland burgers. The restaurant offers several Gluten Free options, and the bar mainly serves beer and spirits, as house wines are not highly regarded. Overall, the restaurant provides a pleasant experience with great views, attentive service, and a mix of tasty dishes, though some meals may fall short in flavor.
