Salmon seemed to be a grilled from a frozen- fillet. Mac and cheese could have benefitted from a sharper cheese. Green beans were delicious. Salad was bland and only have lettuce, carrot slices, and 3 tomatoes. Burger was tasty. The best option was the herb chicken. Chicken was juicy and flavorful.

We had a double bison burger (western style) and the New England pot roast. Both were DELICIOUS 🤤 Good serving sizes, great quality food. Is it a little on the pricy side? Sure - but you're in the middle of Yellowstone, where it costs a ton to ship in ingredients and there is a premium associated with a tourist-heavy area, so that is to be expected. For the quality of food, which you eat while overlooking the lake from a nice lodge, the price is pretty reasonable. Also...

You order using a kiosk and the food was ready fast. From the dining room window we saw Elk and a coyote. Also, amazing views of the lake.
