We were staying at Lake Lodge, and had one late dinner and three breakfasts at Wylie’s Canteen. For all meals, you order at a kiosk and pick up your order by number at a counter – not fancy but it works. The dinner menu is mostly burgers with a few other choices. We had some truly bad food around Yellowstone so in seeing the 3 star review here, I expected the same. So when the chicken Sandwhiches we got here came out as fresh and delicious as they did, it was a very pleasant surprise. They were light and full of flavour, made with quality ingredients and a real bit of chicken breast. The ordering system was easy with lots of customisation options, everything you needed as far as condiments, drinks etc were accessible and the dining room...
