“I've been to Milton Street pub about 10 times and it has always shown itself to be a fantastic place. It has a boat load of character, the food is some of the best in Nanaimo and all the staff are lovely. If you ever go and there is a hotdog/sausage special, get it! Get 2 as a matter of fact. Fatten yourself up on the deliciousness. If it's not on special anything else off the menu is still amazing. Reuben! Caprese! Salad! All amazing. I tip my hat to you ladies and gentlemen! Thanks for all the great eats and hospitality!“

“Went to corner lounge for my 19th. if your lucky enough to get and Erin as your bartender you are guaranteed to have an amazing night. Chris was so so so fun on kareoke. Definitely recommend coming here the staff are all amazing and I had a great time!“

“I have a great experience every time at the terminal. The bar is always clean . The staff is very professional. I really like the manager Jay he is always friendly and makes a special effort to make sure everyone has a great night. Really glad to see this land mark in Nanaimo be cared for like the jewel it is.. thanks to all of you look forward to many great night there in the future!!!“

“Like so many places in Canada, we have learned to accept untained service staff. Since Covid, managers are doing the best they can with the staff they have. Our waitress didn't know the specials or what was on tap and didn't acknowledge us as we were leaving. Maybe hospitality will never get back to where it once was. The food was what we expected after reading other reviews and the space has so much unrealized potential.“

“Stopped in here last night on a whim with two friends and had an excellent evening. The staff, Jason, was professional, warm, welcoming and funny and spoke so highly of both the owners and his fellow staff that I didn't want it to go unnoticed. From the quick service, to the great music and selection to of beers/alcohol it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening and we will be back. The other patrons seemed very comfortable, and there was a wide mix of people which is always lovely to see. Thank you so much for such a great evening!“

“Had a vegan dinner there, for a special event. My food was tasty! The fettuccine could have been better with a bit of sauce or broth. But, great flavour with really fresh ingredients! Great atmosphere and amazing view, looking over the harbour lights. Superb service!“
