“Casa Chaskis is THE best Peruvian restaurant in Long Beach, in my opinion. I can ALWAYS depend on them for amazing, fresh-cooked food, and everyone is always so kind! I've had almost everything on the menu and nothing has disappointed. Even the more simpler meals like the fried fish has so much good flavor.
