“A cute, small spot packing lots of flavor in their ramen. We came as a group of 4 and were able to sit right down. Its casual, and well set up with tables and an open view kitchen. We orderred pork, chicken, and shrimp buns for appetizers, however, they came out at the same time as our meal so we just ate them all together. The buns were really yummy; the pork was tender & came with a tasty sauce. The shrimp and chicken were fried well and very flavorful, too. As for the ramen, we all thoroughly enjoyed our bowls. The Tonkotsu and Karakuchi (spicy) broth had a rich flavor, that was delicious to sip on. The ramen noodles were cooked perfectly, and the accompaniments were delicious. It came with bean sprouts, a marinated egg, pork chashu, and we added bamboo shoots. As a suprise, they gave us a bubble tea ice cream bar at the end of our meal, too. Prices were more than reasonable. I would definitely go back!“

“Overall rating: 4.8Really good ramen spot in Fort Lee. Already has great reviews which I’m not surprised. MUST get fried chicken. Wish they served it as a meal! I did the dipping ramen and it did not disappoint. Sooo good. Also I couldn’t finish mine and their to go box was so cool. I was a little concerned at first, it would be difficult to carry home. But it wasn’t! Also you order thru an app, so there’s no confusion on the bill when you go with large parties which I love! It was so easy and highly recommend.“

“Delicious ramen, one of the best in town. It was especially perfect for me as I don’t eat pork and it’s always hard to get a non-pork ramen. Here they have chicken, beef, veggies broths! Amazing! Japanese curry was also delicious. I’ll be coming back “

“Coming from Minnesota, I've only heard about David Chang's restaurants. I had the Garlic Chicken Ramen and my wife had the Asparagus special of the day. Both were excellent in both taste and presentation. Well worth the trip and surprisingly affordable.“

“Ottimo ristorante di Ramen (giapponese e non quello "tarocco" o fatto con quello istantaneo del supermercato) che offre anche una fantastica selezione di ravioli. Prezzi tutto sommato accettabili per la media della città e acqua gratuita. Posto piccolo, accogliente, staff cordiale e velocissimo. Porzioni corpose quindi ordinate con cautela o non riuscirete a finire tutto.“

“Great find in Times Square area. Authentic food, delicious Ramen and Tori Tori Don. Everything perfectly cooked. Love the ambience. If you have kids, they will love this place! Very attentive service. The shishito peppers were extremely spicy. Only a couple were edible without discomfort. We're used to shishito peppers from S. California where they tend to be mild and easily eaten as an appetizer. Beware. Otherwise great place. A little pricey, but everything is in the Times Square area!“

“I've heard a lot of good things about ichiran and it's definitely a great solo dining spot! I came here on a Sunday around 5:30pm and there was no line. You order outside and get the food with your receipt once you're seated. Each person gets a little booth. You're quite close to the person next to you so it wasn't as private as I thought it'd be, but still pretty cool! There's only one ramen on the menu (the tonkatsu ramen), but you can customize it with different toppings and flavors. I went with recommended everything and added a soft boiled egg. The soup was pretty flavorful but a bit too salty for me. I was also a bit disappointed that there were only two small pieces of meat. I did really like the texture of the noodles and the egg. I'd say the ramen is on the pricier side ($27 with the egg) even with the no tipping policy.“

“My favorite ramen joint in New York! Go here on a jazz night if you can, because the ambience with the artists is even more incredible. This is my 3rd time here, and while everything is great, I’d specifically recommend: spicy ramen, spicy tsukemen, oysters mp, and mango kakigori. Between the freshly made noodles and flavorful broths, all of the noodle dishes are the perfect cozy meal. I was pleasantly surprised by the oysters, which came with a yuzu mint vinaigrette that added a bright vibrancy to each oyster. Don’t shy away from getting dessert the end! The shaved ice is a great way to end on a refreshing note without feeling bogged down by sugar. Note that this place fills up quick, so reserve in advance or come early to beat the wait. “Pretty good! Ordered delivery - the mackerel rice bowl and shoyu chicken ramen. The food did not arrive at all hot, but it could have been on the delivery person making too many stops. The ramen broth had great flavor without being too salty, and the noodles had a really good texture. The toppings were lackluster. The mackerel itself again was awesome, but the bowl just came with some plain rice and a somewhat sad salad. The bowl overall could have used more flavor.“

“I was in New York City to visit my parents in January 2024. Obviously, I then had to meet up with close friends that I don't normally get to see every day. One of my foodie friends and I decided to meet up. We always try to go to a new place that we both haven't tried - and we ended up here at Suzuki Shokudo. I tried the following: - Takoyaki (Octopus Balls) - Salmon Chirashi Dinner - Uni Sashimi My friend ordered an entree and also tried their Blue Fin Tuna. All of the food was delicious and super fresh. Service, food, and ambiance were authentically Japanese! Definitely worth a trip if you're in the Long Island City / Queens area. My friend ordered extra food for dinner for her boyfriend. My friend and her boyfriend went back to eat there a week later. NOM NOM NOM. ENJOY!!“

“Revisited Rai Rai Ken and what I thought could not be improved upon suprised me by getting even better. Here is a totally authentic place with amazing food, presented beautifully and quickly, in an atmosphere both serious and fun. Looking around me, people on happy first dates sipped sake and smiled, young , well dressed students discussed something fervently, all the tables were taken and laden with steaming, enticing, dinners, and my friend and I were really happy too. I guess in the end, maybe I was too full . Next time, I will try for a little restraint! But I will eat my pudding anyway, you can be sure.“

“Went during a quieter Saturday when about 50-60% of the tables were full. Tonkatsu taken broth was rich and creamy, noodles were chewy, and the salmon ikura bowl was refreshing.Easy service, clean bathroom, simple and well put together dining area.Only note is that ramen's noodle to broth ratio could use more broth.“

“Located right in the center of busy Austin Street, this gem was a great choice for delicious and filling ramen at very affordable prices. Before you enter, you'll find yourself staring at the wooden, cozy storefront that screams "comfort food". To start off, we had the kara-age and takoyaki which were good with a drizzle of lemon. However, the main star was my kara miso ramen with pork, which had a hearty miso soup base with a dab of spice sauce. There are also non-pork options such as the seafood yaki bowl, which my friend had. Despite the full house on a friday evening, the service was great and very attentive. We left with a full stomach and a warm soul. Highly recommend :)“

“Went there for lunch with four others. Wr call the Donburi but different types. The apps were the usual Edamame (can't mess this up) and some tasty pan fried Gyoza. We all enjoyed our Donburi and finished them but I thought it was kind of bland so really 3.5 on the food.“
“Nestled in NYC's Upper East Side, Me Jin Ramen delivered authentic Japanese flavors. The cozy ambiance and welcoming staff set the stage for a memorable dining experience. I had the Meijin Miso Ramen and ate the whole thing. The broth, simmered to perfection, harmonizes with the chewy, house-made noodles and exquisite toppings like tender beef, bean sprouts, green onions and sweet corn. As a local, I treasure Meijin Ramen for its consistently exceptional quality and comforting atmosphere. For a taste of Japan in the heart of NYC, Meijin Ramen is an absolute must-visit.“

“What a fun place! I learned about Zutto through a Yelp Elite event that catered some small bites from this restaurant, and so I had to come back for more! After meeting the marketing manager, Cindy, I was really excited to see what more flavors I could experience. I came with two other Yelpers and we got a lot to try Starting with the appetizers, we got the wasabi bites, crispy tuna, and Karaage chicken. The wasabi bites were a nice level of spice. I think they actually used real wasabi as well since it tasted a bit sweet actually and not such a strong spice kick like the fake wasabi that is usually used in restaurants (the ones that are super spicy and look abnormally green). The next one was the crispy tuna and I loved the crispiness and crunch that I almost forgot about the tuna inside! My favorite though, had to be the Karaage chicken. I had a taste of it at the Yelp event but having it again, freshly made, was even better. The batter wasn't too thick and the skin was so nicely fried yet somehow retained the juiciness of the chicken. Not to mention it was a large chicken! And did I mention you can order a free appetizer if you use their stamp card? Be sure to ask them about it! I also ordered the Zutto Pork Belly buns and I enjoyed them. I thought it had an interesting sauce on it but I wish they added more of the herbs in the bun. Some cilantro would have brightened it up a bit in my opinion. The pork belly itself was large and juicy so it was a great bun put together. I was expecting it to be darker and a heavier braise but perhaps this is a different style than what I know, but either way - yum! My favorite part about it was the crushed peanuts, it gives it such a nice contrast of flavors and textures in my opinion. Now of course I had to get a bowl of ramen. I went with a classic Tonkatsu ramen and it was a good bowl. My one gripe was that it didn't come with an egg and that it actually was a separate add on. I thought that was surprising since usually it's an expected ingredient in a ramen. Other than that, I thought it was a decent bowl of ramen. I liked the broth the noodles as well. If I had to choose a favorite, it would really be the Karaage and the crispy tuna bites. I wished I had ordered more appetizers to try more but next time I return, I can explore more of their menu! Thank you Cindy for a wonderful experience!“

“I hadn't been back to this location since I moved here over a decade ago, and kind of mad that I'd forgot about it! Just liquid gold in a bowl. I had the regular pork tonkatsu and appreciated the actual serving of extra garlic (so many places short you on this!) my order was ready within 5 minutes of ordering on the walk over, super friendly workers in the front. I'll have to revisit their east side location but really I think the tonkatsu is better here.“

“We’ve had our fair share of instant noodles growing up, so it’s so cool to see our memories of instant noodles culminating in an Instant Noodle Factory. This spot elevates ordinary noodles into a novel experience that's not limited to just college dorm rooms and late night eats. Instant noodles are so convenient for a quick lunch or as a snack, and it’s so easy to prepare by simply adding boiling water. It’s pretty awesome to see how a meal like this has been turned into such a fun concept in LIC. I love the wall of ramen showcasing all the different types of ramen right when you walk in. They even have the spice level of each noodle displayed. My friends and I ordered the beef birria, mala madness, champong, and duck duck noods, which are mostly combinations of classic instant noodles. With each noodle dish, you have the option to add extra toppings and sides on - we opted for toppings such as corn, fried fishballs, shrimp shumai, scallions, shrimp, and fried fish cakes. Ben, of course, got the beef birria noodle soup, which comes with tender marinated beef, corn, and jalapeños. The duck duck noods come with a pulled duck leg, scallions, and a soft-boiled egg. The mala madness is a combination of Buldak Fire noodles and mala spice. Our cousin loves spice, so he handled it really well - he could've upgraded to the Buldak 2x spicy. I got champong, a spicy seafood noodle soup, and added corn, shrimp, and fried fish cakes with edamame. Don't forget a drink to wash the noodles down! I really liked the iced lychee yakult tea and peach iced tea.“
