“Been going here for years. Menu and food is better then one would expect from a sports bar. Pool tables, karaoke on weekends, lottery games etc. Fun place!Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible. Restrooms recently remodeled. Very easy for wheelchair to navigate“

“1st time here. My wife had a workgroup funday. You oder your food and beverage, and you take your receipt to the food truck just outside the back patio. They cook and prepare your food and buzz you when it is completed. Did I mention put-put golf. Yes, they ha e a small course inside the restaurant. You pay per round of golf.“

“The brother at Khao Niew told us to check out his sister's restaurant here- and here we are for dinner. Lemme tell y'all... This was my favorite restaurant we ate while we were in Portland for a week!!! The food is AMAZING, it's as authentic as it can get. The spice level, the flavor, the portion - just done right!!! The nam khao 5/5 - the crispiness with the nam was perfect- the portion was so big I couldn't finish it but omg, this was one of the best nam khao I've had. The khao piak 5/5 - my all time fav comfort food. The broth is amazing, the noodle makes the broth thicken up, put a little bit of chili oil to give it that "umph" ; just writing this review makes me crave for it again lol. The Lao Sample Platter for 2 consists of : papaya salad, sien savanh (heavenly lao jerky), lao sausage, soft boil egg, pork rinds, rice noodles and sticky rice.. we weren't going to order this but my fiance wanted to try everything and see if it meets up with his expectations.... And it sure did!!!! The papaya salad is spicy, that good spice that makes you want more- tip, put the vermicelli noodles in the papaya salad, trust me. The beef jerky was so crispy yet so tender, hard to explain but it was just done right. I love the fried meatballs, simple yet so good when you're eating it with sticky rice and papaya salad. The Lao sausage was my fiancé's favorite, he said it was just like home. The service was quick. You order at the counter first. They have a nice patio section too. They also sold beef jerky - the kind in the bags. We bought two of it lol All in all, amazing experience. We'll be back when we're visiting again!!!“

“The fried chicken or shrimp baskets are over the top. They are about the best I have had. Not pre-breaded & frozen. Just awesome food. Service is always spot on. My only suggestion for improvement would be to dampen the sound. This is a happy friendly brew pub but the noise level at lunch is quite high. Overall this is a can't miss place to dine out.“

“FYI:The other side of The Observatory. While The Observatory has a hip bistro feel to it, Over and Out has a hip yet chill sports vibe with a pool table and a few TVs. Their menu is the same as The Observatory, it's just a different planet "in the back" where Over and Out is.The food here is consistently good, over several years. Lamb burgers are amazing, but of course they have regular hamburgers that are splendid. The Veggie burger is one of the best I've had, but try yourself to judge. The Happy Hour is fabulous, and EVERY DAY for a brief 3pm-5pm time slot. The Happy Hour food menu is great: From Tomato Bisque, small salad, great wings, Parmesan fries,tacos,sliders, and mussels. There's something on this menu if you're hungry, as the portion sizes are good. The Happy Hour well drinks are a good value. There's also an intriguing cocktail menu. Enough about Happy Hour. Please! Go here any time: open every day: lunch, and dinner. I believe brunch is on weekends. I can't wait to try brunch!“

“Good little dive bar. They have some beers at good prices, enough TV's that they can have Sunday Ticket, and the food is pretty good. I had the Chili Cheese Fries which were a good size and my buddy got a dog which I didn't try. Hot dogs are a little pricey for hot dogs, but looked good. Bartender was friendly too.“
