“Today was my first time at this place. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the smell of cleanliness (not overwhelming or anything, it just smelled clean). Walking further in, rhe entire building looked clean. I was greeted by a friendly woman with a smile on her face. You could tell she took pride in what she does. We talked momentarily about what brought me in. She offered me the buffet at a discounted price as it was late. I just really wanted some won ton soup to settle my stomach a bit. When I paid, she told me how long and offered me to sit. I let her know I was just going to wait outside and I'd be back in 10 mins when my food should be ready. It was ready early and she packed it up and brought it outside to me. This place really impressed me and Ill be back for sure.“

“We tried Win Garden for the first time today and were very pleased with it. The fried noodles were tasty and chock full of meat and vegetables. The fried rice and garlic ribs were better than average, and the spring rolls were crispy and the filling not mushy. But the biggest surprise was the ginger beef and bbq sliced pork. Honestly the best I've ever had. Tender, juicy, and well seasoned. The only downside was the almond so gai, which, although very tasty, was sliced a bit too thin and so was slightly overcooked and tough. It was a pickup order, very fast and very hot! I would reccomend!“

“My family and I were in Calgary for a day and decided to stop by Golden Jade for dinner. Not only was everything delicious, we were so touched by the thoughtfulness of the staff. They started our meal off with some winter melon soup and gave us free dessert. We throughly enjoyed our dinner!“

“This is, in my opinion, one of the most authentic Cantonese barbecue spots in Calgary. As someone who appreciates good Chinese cuisine, I can confidently say this is the best place for southern-style Chinese BBQ in the city. The flavors are incredibly genuine, and the dishes are consistently well-prepared, bringing a taste of traditional Cantonese cooking to Calgary.

The highlight for me has to be the roasted pork and crispy-skinned chicken. The roasted pork is tender and flavorful, with perfectly rendered fat and a deliciously crunchy skin. It’s not easy to find this level of quality outside of southern China, but they absolutely nail it here. The crispy chicken is another standout – juicy on the inside with a crispy, golden-brown skin that is simply addictive.

The restaurant itself has a casual, no-fuss atmosphere that makes it perfect for a quick, satisfying meal. If you’re looking for an authentic taste of Cantonese BBQ, this spot is well worth a visit. Highly recommended!“

“Smaller restaurant, but very nice lady at the counter and serving. Protein food servings are very large in size, and almost a guarantee you wont finish it all.

“It's has a really good and reasonably priced Buffet, and they do take-out and delivery too.
They had a nice variety of choices, was very tasty, and the staff were exceptionally nice, polite, and offered good service. The restaurant was also very clean.
Me and my friend really enjoyed our dinner here and will definitely return - excellent food at a really good price and nice staff, plus a good size and plenty of seating.
A rare little gem. I'm looking forward to returning.

Parking: They do have a waste surcharge, which I think is great. So, if you fill up your plate from the buffet and only take a few bites, you can get charged a waste surcharge fee for wasting a lot of food.
When you're eating at a buffet, you don't need to waste food, take only what you can eat, and go back for a bit more. There's no reason to fill up a plate and then take only a few bites.
