“I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fairmont Banff Springs, and let me tell you, it was absolutely awesome. The whole place feels like a castle in the Rockies, and the views are just breathtaking. The highlight for me was definitely the spa. It was not only beautiful, but super relaxing, with top-notch treatments that made me feel like a million bucks. If you're looking for a mix of luxury, relaxation, and a touch of magic, this place really delivers. Honestly, I could go on, but I'll just say it's a spot I'd totally recommend if you want an unforgettable getaway.“

“Brazen should be at the TOP of everyone’s food list in Banff. The atmosphere, wait-staff( Rylee rocked!), and Chef Dan were amazing! The food and drinks were phenomenal and first class. We ate at many restaurants in Banff and none touched the quality and taste of Brazen. We started with drinks of local beers from the rotating tap and the Garden Tea Party cocktail. We then moved on to the food portion of the meal. We had numerous dishes (mushrooms, ribs, potatoes, duck, gnocchi, and the ginger beef) and were pleased with the bold and flavorful taste of them all. We topped off the night with the house special Creme Brûlée and it was the perfect end to a delicious meal. Do yourself a favor and try this excellent restaurant!!“

“Afternoon tea is always such a wonderful experience, and to be sitting in a castle with the Rockies in the background just elevates it that much more! We've been a few times, but the server walked us through inclusions and how it works - which was nice. She also provided favorites from the tea selection. Scones were perfectly crisp but fluffy! The savoury selection had variety and was fresh. The seasonal sweet treats were lovely.“

“The vermillon was a very good experience for us, we ordered the steak au poivre which was perfectly cooked and they even offered some sauce for the steak which was not supposed to be included and an extra garlic mayo. The waiter was very friendly and gave us great recommendations. I definitely recommend.“

“Steak was good and server was good. However, food was cold and overall dining experience was ok. Fairly pricey and just ok. Probably wouldn’t go again but if you really like steak and various steak options, might enjoy it. Sides were not great. Dessert was good. Again overall ok. Maybe just an off night for them.“
