“Brazen should be at the TOP of everyone’s food list in Banff. The atmosphere, wait-staff( Rylee rocked!), and Chef Dan were amazing! The food and drinks were phenomenal and first class. We ate at many restaurants in Banff and none touched the quality and taste of Brazen. We started with drinks of local beers from the rotating tap and the Garden Tea Party cocktail. We then moved on to the food portion of the meal. We had numerous dishes (mushrooms, ribs, potatoes, duck, gnocchi, and the ginger beef) and were pleased with the bold and flavorful taste of them all. We topped off the night with the house special Creme Brûlée and it was the perfect end to a delicious meal. Do yourself a favor and try this excellent restaurant!!“

“Afternoon tea package was obviously super expensive but the service is excellent and food tasted quite good. The view is stunning and exceptional so that's what you are paying for...The quantity of food and drinks should be filling for two hungry people. I would recommend it for a memorable treat.“

“I must give a shout-out to Zoran who was our server for lunch at the Vermillion Room on May 31. We were a Mother-Daughter-Grandmother group, thrilled to be in Banff and grateful to be together. Zoran's service was impeccable. He knew what we needed before we did. He was kind, attentive, and sincere. He knew the menu inside-out and we enjoyed the Beef Dip sandwich and the Croque Monsieur. The Paris-Brest was a lovely surprise to fête Grandma's recent 85th birthday! He also shared the wealth of his knowledge of the area and suggested some sites to see that would truly elevate our experience in Banff. Zoran represents Fairmont to the highest of standards. “Steak was good and server was good. However, food was cold and overall dining experience was ok. Fairly pricey and just ok. Probably wouldn’t go again but if you really like steak and various steak options, might enjoy it. Sides were not great. Dessert was good. Again overall ok. Maybe just an off night for them.“

I ordered wings, schnitzel with gruyere and ice cream.
Kitchen was fast and made some terrific culinary delights.
