“Brazen should be at the TOP of everyone’s food list in Banff. The atmosphere, wait-staff( Rylee rocked!), and Chef Dan were amazing! The food and drinks were phenomenal and first class. We ate at many restaurants in Banff and none touched the quality and taste of Brazen. We started with drinks of local beers from the rotating tap and the Garden Tea Party cocktail. We then moved on to the food portion of the meal. We had numerous dishes (mushrooms, ribs, potatoes, duck, gnocchi, and the ginger beef) and were pleased with the bold and flavorful taste of them all. We topped off the night with the house special Creme Brûlée and it was the perfect end to a delicious meal. Do yourself a favor and try this excellent restaurant!!“

“Afternoon tea package was obviously super expensive but the service is excellent and food tasted quite good. The view is stunning and exceptional so that's what you are paying for...The quantity of food and drinks should be filling for two hungry people. I would recommend it for a memorable treat.“

Service was taking quite some time during early lunch hours but can't complain given there was only one server managing the whole restaurant

“Visiting from Texas and stopped by to have lunch with my husband celebrating his birthday. The hotel interior is currently under a renovation . The restaurant was beautiful with spectacular views. Our service was attentive and refreshing. I highly recommend the King Crab Chowder soup! Not only was it delicious, but the presentation was perfect!“

“Steak was good and server was good. However, food was cold and overall dining experience was ok. Fairly pricey and just ok. Probably wouldn’t go again but if you really like steak and various steak options, might enjoy it. Sides were not great. Dessert was good. Again overall ok. Maybe just an off night for them.“

Order: Crawfish Shrimp Étouffée, Shirley Temple
The vibe in the restaurant is nice, and the table service is good as well. The Crawfish Shrimp Étouffée is a little bit spicy (Spicy level 3.5/5), but it still tastes delicious! And the drink is nice too, at first I thought it would be sour, but then it turned out not too sour nor too sweet. The texture of corn bread is soft, not too dry.
If you want to come here as a large group of people (5 person or above), I would recommend you book a table first.“

“Everything about our dinner was incredible. My wife had the schnitzel and I had the short rib sauerbraten along with a 1L beer and a glass of wine - perfect. The service was prompt without being annoying and setting itself is beautiful. Couldn't have been better“
