Great service, lovely food and place to be warm and comfortable for a meal. Highly recommended for your family dinners.

The Maple Leaf is a renowned restaurant in Banff, known for its excellent service and exceptional staff. The menu features a delightful selection, including cocktails, soup, pork chop, bison burger, sticky toffee pudding, 12 oz New York strip, chocolate souffle, crab cakes, bison bolognese, maple salmon, and prawns. Situated with a stunning view of the mountains, it's an ideal spot for celebrating special occasions, enjoying a high-end dinner, or a romantic date night in a beautiful ambiance. The food is consistently fantastic and thoughtfully prepared, although some dishes, such as the crab cakes and mashed potatoes, may be a bit dry. Recent guests have praised the food, describing it as amazing and exceeding their expectations. The steak, particularly the bison burger and maple duck wings, have received high praise for their quality and flavor, with the wings noted as possibly the best ever. Visitors have also enjoyed the filet and short ribs, though some starters were described as bland. The service is generally great, with friendly staff who provide valuable advice about the local area. While some dishes may be cooked slightly differently than requested, they remain tender and flavorful, often accompanied by good seasoning and dressings. Overall, The Maple Leaf continues to be a highly recommended dining destination, offering delicious food, attentive service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
