The Uprising Bake Shop + Espresso Bar offers a variety of tasty treats and beverages to fuel your day. Customers can enjoy a Cappuccino, bagel sandwich, almond croissant, ham and cheese panini, or blueberry cruffin in a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. The bakery is known for its great service and genuine bakery goods, making it a popular spot for locals and visitors in Banff. Reviewers praise the delicious espresso drinks, with some noting variation in quality between baristas, and the fresh-baked items straight from the oven. While one customer found the Sourdough BLT to be tough, others have enjoyed the ham and cheese panini and the creamy earl grey tea. The friendly service and upbeat music create a welcoming environment, and the blueberry Danish has been described as the best pastry by some customers.
