They have a special combo where it's such well priced and the serving you get is a perfect size.

The soup broth is so amazing. It's so comforting. The staff are very pleasant as well. Always happy to greet you! We are pretty much the known customers that come here haha..

Wow — hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve been to here in Edmonton! Everything about this place just hits the mark. The food is so clean, so fresh, and bursting with flavor. You can really tell how much care goes into every dish.

The drink menu? Endless! Every option is fun, creative, and refreshingly delicious — there’s truly something for everyone.

But honestly, the highlight has to be the staff. Randy is one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The whole team makes you feel right at home whether you’re dressed up for a night out or keeping it casual.

“Ordered the sliced noodles with egg & tomato sauce, minced pork sauce & hot chili oil (hot and spicy). The flavours were very good. The portion size was good too but can probably be shared. Overall, this is one of my favourite noodle places for Chinese northern style noodles.“

“Blue Quill Chinese Food had been our go to place for about 10 years. Until about 2 -3 years ago, we felt the quality had just gone down hill. I’m sure alot of restaurants/business’s struggled back then. But pretty much every dish was just filled with onions and carrots and spouts, and small amounts of the actual item we’d order, and flavour wasn’t there either. We tried a couple times, but eventually stopped ordering from there unfortunately.

Well last night my kiddo begged for Chinese food, and since we haven’t found other places in the neighbourhood that we’ve loved either, I clicked on Blue Quill and started reading the reviews. It stated they've been under new management, and had some good experiences. We ordered, and I have to say I was so impressed and happy! Not alot of extra fillers, flavour was great, portion sizes were amazing . The chicken balls are GINORMOUS! With big pieces of chicken inside. Their sweet and sour sauce is the only one I actually like, more sweet then sour and the deep red color. Reminds me of the one that was served at a restaurant in BC that I used to work at.

I know in all those years, the original owners were absolutely sweet and hard working, I have no idea if they are still there, and just getting some help, but I’m truly happy to have my go to place back!

We ordered the Dinner for 2 combo with spring rolls. Subbed Pineapple Chicken Balls for just sweet and sour, and added an order of Shanghai Noodles (has Bbq pork-yumm) and received a free order of Deep Fried Wontons.“

“Absolutely the worst Chinese food I ever ate...so called chop suey was nothing but bean sprouts in a watery broth with a couple of shrimp tossed in, deep fried prawns were almost all batter, the same with chicken balls. You had to pry the obnoxious batter off to find a tiny morsel of meat. Egg rolls were the same battered attrocity. I couldn't find anything in them worth eating. I spent $125.00 on unedited garbage...NEVER AGAIN! S“

“This place is AMAZING!! First time ever going here with my family and we got Dim Sum and the food was FANTASTIC!!! Very reasonable priced, staff were extremely friendly and polite and even served us our wonton soup, cut up our dim sum in smaller portions at the table. Brought back so many memories of my parents taking us to dim sum. 10/10 will definitely go back next time I’m craving dim sum if you want authentic dim sum you NEED to come check it out!! “First time ordering delivery here. Food was terrific! We ordered the meal for 3, but it was enough for 4 or 5 people easily. And even though we didn't order it, we got a huge container of rice. Must be complimentary! This is our new Chinese Food place. The only thing I would wish for is the szechuan beef would be even better if it is cooked to a little crunchy.“

“The food is TO DIE FOR. Their tangsuyuk (탕수육) is possibly the best thing I have ever tasted in my life, and I am obsessed with it. I never leave this restaurant without getting an extra order of it to go.

The jjajangmyeon and jjamppong (it has a lot more seafood than I expected - you can't see it in the photo, but there were 2 crab halves buried under the mountain of noodles and soup) are amazing, and I always get either one of those with some tangsuyuk. These 3 dishes are the trifecta, the holy trinity of this restaurant.

I've tried some of their other dishes like their kanpunggi, dumplings, and fried rice, and they were decent, but nothing too special. I found it hard to care, though, because the holy trinity is so good, you don't need anything else.“
