852 Hong Kong Cafe Reviews
Great tasting Chinese food everytime we order. The best Chinese restaurant in Edmonton by far!! Will highly recommend. ⭐️
Been meaning to come here since the name change. So got take out! Wonderful meal, flavours as I expected them to be. All the fun Hong Kong Street food dishes as well as a selection of Cantonese style dishes. I have been meaning to try Ying Yang Fried Rice for a long time, glad to have fonally tried it. Will be back to come into eat!
We come to Hong Kong 852 all the time, and it’s definitely one of our favorite Chinese restaurants in Edmonton. The food is consistently delicious and the portions are generous.
This time we ordered the fried rice, salted egg yolk prawns, and spicy fish. The salted egg yolk prawns were especially good—crispy, rich, and full of flavor. The fish was fresh and tender, and the fried rice was very tasty as well.

The restaurant specializes in Hong Kong-style dishes, with highlights including ho fan, stir-fried gailan, and sticky sweet and sour pork. Vegetarian options are also available. The extensive menu includes set meals, which are one of the few options in Edmonton. A popular choice is the 1-2-3 combo meal with chicken. Customers have praised the efficient service and helpful wait staff, enhancing the pleasant dining experience. The cafe has been described as the best authentic Hong Kong cafe in Edmonton. Overall, it remains a solid choice for Chinese cuisine enthusiasts, and customers can also enjoy delivery.
