“I recently had an issue with the Subway app where I used a “Buy 3, Get 1 Free” coupon, but the discount did not register properly when I placed my order.

I visited the Beaumont Subway location where the order was placed, and the staff were very understanding and willing to help. While they were unable to process a refund due to system limitations, they offered a rain check for a free footlong sub to make up for the issue.

I appreciate the excellent customer service and their willingness to find a solution, even though the problem originated with the app and not the store itself. Thank you to the Beaumont team for handling the situation professionally and putting the customer first.“

I had the Donair which was really good, but was told the assorted is also a hit. Will have to try. “One of the best Subways I’ve ever been to! The sandwich was absolutely delicious, and the toppings were made exactly to my taste. If you ask for more, they add more, and if you ask for less, they do it just the way you want. I was really impressed with their service and have never had such a tasty sub before. “Tanish went above & beyond for us before Christmas trying to activate a large amount of giftcards when another location refused to. He was patient, kind & great to chat with as he swiped the stack of cards. When we want a sub we actually drive past that other location that did not want to help us that day and just go here - they give a better amount of vegetables and the bread seems fresher. “Best subway in the city. Super clean, the two ladies who are working during the day are very friendly and proficient. Everything looks nice and neat and organized. Their sandwich line always has super fresh looking vegetables. Even when there was a line up, they were able to work together quickly to get everybody in and out as quick as they could.“
