“As a healthcare worker I can pretty much run 90% off of caffeine… I go to many different Starbucks before and after my shifts. And I must say the Taylor Plaza Starbucks specifically has the most amazing staff and customer service. If I could give you 10 stars I would. Most of the time when I show up I’m a complete zombie and struggling to remember my order. The staff at this location are so kind with genuine conversation, my drinks are always made absolutely perfect. So thank you again for your outstanding service and compassion. But you need to fix the drive thru window situation, the sun blasts the baristas in their face with the east AM sun, and then it reflects into the cars using the drive thru; from the reflection off the silver drive thru window frame and glass, blasting the customer in the face. I’m particularly sensitive to light however I’m sure other cars are getting the same thing. Maybe an overhang or wall of some sort.“

“Best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Baritsa was enthusastic and engaging, greeted me with a huge smile. She recommended a new twist on my old favorite, caramel drizzle on my vanilla bean frappacino. She even suggested drizzling caramel down the sides of the cup. You could tell watching her make it that it was made with love.If you see this barista, you should be extremely proud of your people skills, thank you for making my day,. The caranel was fantadtic!“
