“First off, the washrooms were super clean and spick and span, which you don’t usually see at most Tim Hortons, so that was nice. I’m guessing it’s because this is a new branch and not in a busy area, but either way, the place was really clean and the service was good too.“

“They get busy yes, but I have had zero issues there. Very friendly, easy going and make a great effort to see that my family is taken care of. People who rate this place low, need to relax a bit. I didn’t have time to go to the other location, so I just placed another order. Before I could pay, the barista with the platinum blonde hair offered it to me. “Best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Baritsa was enthusastic and engaging, greeted me with a huge smile. She recommended a new twist on my old favorite, caramel drizzle on my vanilla bean frappacino. She even suggested drizzling caramel down the sides of the cup. “I come through this Starbucks often with my basset hound and always get a drink and a pup cup. Today, my dog has to be put down, so I got him a pup cup with chocolate syrup, so he could try chocolate for his first time. The ladies gave me my order for free, this act of kindness was much needed, and made this very difficult time a little better. Thank you guys so much.“

“The shop is small with a few seats but is next to the food court seating area.

Didn’t have any panini options so had to go with a breakfast bite. Service was fine but they served me to go when I said I was staying - kind of a waste of a bag and all the paper when I asked for plates anyway.“
