“I do recommend black balls for doordash messed up on my order this evening December 5th and I spoke to a gentleman and he was nice enough to say that he would deliver it for me but I don't know who was in the background if it was the manager or not and when this gentleman asked if they could deliver she sarcastically yelled out oh I'll get right on that ignorant ignorant ignorant thank you to the gentleman that delivered to my address this evening greatly appreciate it that was extremely nice of you for I do not drive because I have epilepsy again whoever was in the background screaming that shame on you“

“We stopped in on our way back to Calgary at this Subway. This place was spotless, the gentleman who made our subs was friendly and cheerful. The subs were perfect and fresh. Last, but not least, the washrooms were also very clean and tidy. This is one of the nicest Subway outlets I've been in.“

“Our family loves subway. We order once a week (it’s one place I can feed a family of 5 for usually under $30 with the app coupons). Anyways, I don’t know the workers names to credit them (they know mine) but I always have the best subs ever. They are funny and provide great service - always. Dare I say this is the best subway in ALL of Red Deer?

“This Subway is in a league of its own. I’ve been to plenty of Subways before, and honestly, most just make me question my life choices while waiting for lettuce. But not this one. It’s spotless, the staff are genuinely kind, and you can tell the manager actually cares—which feels like spotting a unicorn in fast food land. “Mike was the one that helped me and he had great service. He was very kind, and persuasive and all around great and my food was great as usual. I’ve been to this location a lot and never had an issues with this one. Mike asked at the end of my visit while paying if I wanted a foot long cookie, I said no thanks not today and he said it’s free with the purchase of a foot long today which I didn’t know and I was hesitant thinking he was just trying get me to spend more but he wasn’t. He even showed me the receipt at the end of my purchase that the cookie was actually free with my purchase. He was also very interactive with me and made it a great visit all around.“

“Last night I ordered subway, barely having time to eat as a new mom and expecting nothing less than what I have always had my entire life which is awesome. The sub I got was disgusting. It was not even edible it was greasy and disgusting there was no meat on it there was no veggies on it there was nothing it was disgusting greasy filled bread. The manager who was on today went above and beyond what I expected I just wanted a new sub but she had to drive it to me herself and hand it to me herself which I appreciate so much and my sub was absolutely delicious.
