“Had the el pastor tacos, flavor was good but wished they were spicier and used fresh pineapple instead of canned. Price was expensive for the small portion you got. Would get again if price was lower or portion size was larger and if they used a spicier sauce and fresh pineapple. Service was fast and friendly.”

“I have been in town for business for a couple of weeks, and I have already eaten here 3 or 4 times. I have enjoyed each of my meals.
In reading some of the negative reviews, I just don't get it. My experience has been very positive. I have received what I ordered, and the quantity was more than I could eat. The fiod has been quite tasty and the qualiry of preparation is good. I have enjoyed everything I ordered, including the spring rolls, wonton soup, and all 4 of the combo specials. The owners are very pleasant, and I have had some great conversations with them. The premises are clean, and it feels like an authentic Chinese restaurant. I am from Toronto and I have been disappointed by Chinese takeaway more than once but not here at the Island Inn Restaurant. Feel confident to dine here if you are staying in Biw Island or even if you are just passing through town as it is an easy 2 minute detour from the main road. ?”
