This particular location of the A&W at Glendale auto Mall is quite dirty, the seats in the booths are ragged and need to be replaced. Staff was very friendly, food was hot and fresh, but when the floor is full of muck, dirt, and the tables are not clean, it does not not allow somebody to have a good first impression.A&W Canada needs to get on this FRANCHISEE and get the problem resolved
Went for breakfast. Had eggs over easy and that's how they came. Meal was perfect except it could have been a little warmer. Ladies behind the counter were rushed off their feet.
