I’ll preface by saying that the issue I’m writing to you about, is not specific to Your Crowfoot location.
The way you process drive through customers needs a serious overhaul. The wait times at your drivethroughs is beyond ridiculous. I typically just order a latte and it’s not uncommon to wait at least 10 minutes; often longer. You may want to look at how McDonald’s and Tim Horton’s manages their drive throughs as they are way more efficient. And the irony...read full review
