One of the better locations in the city in my opinion. Food is always prepared well and very fast. Friendly staff, decently clean especially for how busy it is all the time.Occasionally asking for a substitute or asking to forgo a certain sauce on a burger will throw them off and they'll have trouble comprehending, but they always ask another staff and it ends up fine. I've never had an order come out wrong even though I always ask for no mayo which is nice.
What a beautiful surprise, this little A and W shop in Signal Hill, SW Calgary feels like something out of the 60s ??with delicious fries, fill your own drinks in chilled glass mugs and sandwiches, hot and made to order! I sat in the restaurant, which was packed? and thoroughly enjoyed the terrific service, atmosphere, and the food!

When dining in you get a frosty mug for your pop and it's at a self serve station so you can go back for a refill. The onion rings are piled up in the little basket, more than you would get if you were taking out or drive thru.
