Food was excellent
I ordered my first Buddy Burger in a lettuce wrap just this last week on Thurs as I am on a health plan. It was a busy day in the drive thru. The staff is always lovely at this location but the young lady who handed me the wrap at the window - I knew she made it and looked earnest like she hoped she did a good job. SHE DID! Sorry I didn't get her name.
Great service, and fresh burgers and fries!

A&W Canada is a restaurant that offers a mix of experiences. The staff can be attentive and provide amazing service, while others may not always listen to orders and make mistakes. The restaurant is a friendly neighborhood spot, especially popular for breakfast on weekends. The team is dedicated and provides magnificent customer service, and many believe they deserve a raise. Specialty coffee drinks are also available.
Recently, customers have reported a great experience with the exceptional quality of the food, such as the cage-free eggs, grass-fed and finished beef, and wild-caught fish. The Papa burger can be customized to taste and meets expectations, and the chicken habanero burger is served hot and steaming. However, there have been occasional issues, such as a Teen Burger being hard and poorly prepared.
Some customers have noted that the atmosphere can be a bit cold and factory-like, lacking the warmth and coziness of other A&W restaurants. The chairs have also been mentioned as not being comfortable. Despite these minor concerns, the overall experience has been positive, with seniors especially appreciating the available coupons to help them enjoy the meals.
