The best food I have had in Calgary so far. The truffle gnocchi and short rib are absolutely incredible.
Having eaten at a lot of places across North America, I was genuinely impressed when I stopped in at Alloy a couple weeks ago after a late afternoon meeting downtown. The seared duck breast with the miso glaze was one of those dishes that actually stops you mid-conversation, and I kept thinking about it the next day.
