Awesome service at this lounge. Grace at the front desk was amazing.
The food isnt the best but its a lounge so I domt expect much.
The service, cleanliness amd space is what matters and they had all of it.
Indian lady at the bar was awesome too.

The lounge is very elegantly arranged, and the service from Grace and Elaiza was wonderful. Truly concierge service. They were courteous when the wait list was long, and very accommodating when space opened up. When the had questions and required advice, they both went above and beyond to meet my groups needs. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The staff is friendly, prompt, and helpful, with some members like Rissha ensuring plates and glasses are cleared quickly, contributing to a smooth visit. Visitors have noted that the lounge is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a calm environment and nice music that adds to the relaxing atmosphere. While the food options are basic and could improve, the overall experience is highly recommended. The amenities, including showers, make it a good place to recharge before flights, and many find it more cost-effective and enjoyable than sitting at an airport bar or restaurant.
