I bought a Bombtrack Hook EXT from Bike and Brew and had it delivered to Vancouver. The bike was professionally assembled and expertly packed in the shipping box so there was no chance of damage. They replied to my emails and phone calls promptly and kept me informed during the whole buying process. If you're in the Calgary area go see them! As good an experience as I've had in any bike shop.
We were recommended to put a deposit to hold a bike that they said will be getting in the next 4-6 weeks. We decided to cancell this the following day and charges for a fee for using thier machine .
We did not have the full refund amt. Never deal with this shop guys!
was on a bike ride and suddenly my rear wheel become wobbly and finding out one of the spoke broke and got very concern and not feeling safe to ride anymore, and wanted to see if I could get it fix but unfortunetly the quick repair didnt happen as they were saying they had no time, how can it be when I walk in the store and everyone's working there standing still and no one's seem to be busy so I left pretty disappointed walking back to my house pushing my cruiser.
