Most iconic classics in Calgary! Love BFD
Family decided to go out for turkey dinner. $24.95 and $4 for a drink . The poor waitress was by herself. She was just dropping food and running. The soup was amazing. Dinner was dry cold and smothered in gravy. The portion for price was not good. It came with dessert I received a burnt apple pie slice. An old truck-stop room that has been open since 1956. Booths, a counter, a model train on the wall. We walked in and were sat in a booth.
I had the trucker’s special. Eggs, meat, potatoes, and toast, with the coffee kept full. The potatoes were the better part. Crisp at the edge, not steamed.
