“One of my all-time favorite places to visit while in Calgary is this restaurant, particularly because of it's all-you-can-eat buffet. It has it all and I love it. Dumplings, dim sum, deep fry, sushi, beef, pork, chicken, noodles, you name it. An absolute delight.
I love buffets. The variety in taste and texture is always a treat and you can really go back and grab more of the same if you find a winner in the mix. I can do about three decently-loaded plates before I really have to call it quits which I think is great for the price you pay per person (iirc about 40 bucks..?). I've never had a standard dine-in experience but I'm sure that's excellent as well.

The food is delicious. Sometimes you get some buffets where the food can be quite tepid, maybe hasn't been refreshed in awhile. Well, not here, likely because this place is always hopping. This place is constantly packed with people with tons of wait staff zipping around tending to everyone's needs in all sections. It's a tight ship in there.

In the five or six times I've been there, whether it's been with two others or family parties of ten, it's been a grand time. Everybody gets what they want and we all just chat and enjoy ourselves. It's a wonderful experience. If there's one thing in this world I enjoy it's sharing a meal with folks, especially if they've never tried certain types of food before. Last time the young ones had their first sushi and actually enjoyed it quite a bit. I didn't try mine until I was 30. Haha.

My favorites from this place are often the steam baskets full of dim sum, the shrimp and pork in particular. I also like to grab the stewed mushrooms, a bit of chicken wings, and these really tasty deep fried salted crab things. A bit of a tough bite but I like the salt they use on them.
And of course there's like 20 other things I love to grab but I can't name them all. It's so much fun just going through and filling a plate. I can't overstate how much I love the buffet experience, especially when you find a good quality place like this one. It's a winner and when I visit my folks this fall I will absolutely be bee-lining it straight to this place for dinner.“
