“My mom and i drive all the way from Marlborough to Walden to try this place for lunch. Omg.. so good. We even ordered to take home for our dinner tonight. Mom had the chicken tender snack pack, I had the normal chicken burger. But next time I'm getting the sando burger. I had coleslaw with my meal and mom had fries. My God the coleslaw was amazing, and the fries are really good too. With our order for taking home, we got the 4 piece fried chicken and we wanted to try the other salads, the potato salad is worth that drive there, so freaking good and the chipotle lime corn bean salad is really good too. Will definitely go back, doesn't matter that it's totally out of the way. The food is again worth the drive. And so was the friendly staff. This has now become one of my mom and I favorite places to eat.
The only thing I didn't like was the black chairs, not made for plus size people. Lol“

“Edit Nov 17/23 - I havent been here for a bit, usually go to the north Wow Chicken so I didnt know they changed their name and some of the menu. The lady was so nice! I asked about the name change, the new food items,she let us try some things. I always get the Gang Jeong space but she also gave me the Mala Buldak sauce to try - hhhoootttttttttt! Wow, only a little and I was sweating! As she gave it to me,she said she liked that sauce....good on you lol, that's a very hot sauce! We had the mozzarella K-dog with sugar to try, that was good too! We then had our usual lunch special. Little different with having a packet of bulgogi powder but it worked, and the chicken thighs were 3 large rather then some smaller ones. All good, nothing bad to say! This always was my favorite Wow Chicken location so I'm glad they stuck around and now serve even a little more under their new name!I cannot say enough about this place except that it is named very accordingly!! Between the sauce (spicy BBQ), the breading, the chicken.... It's amazing!!! Ordered the bulgogi fries....man! Crispy and full of flavor! My only regret was that I didn't try this sooner!!“

“My granddaughter and her baby( my great grandson) visited from Ontario. We love Swiss Chalet at home and craved it!! What an amazing place!! Brenda and Rose were attentive and interacted with the baby the whole time and gave him two little toys!! These will be kept as a memory of his first vacation. Service was amazing and these servers went above and beyond what was needed!!! The food was delicious and perfect as always!! These servers need recognition for making a restaurant so welcoming!!!“

“I’ve had amazing food from Cluck in the past, but I recently ordered delivery and the food arrived very late and very cold. Unfortunately I couldn’t find their contact info on their website, but was able to locate their number elsewhere and called the restaurant. I explained the situation and they told me that the meal was picked up 35 min ago, and they expected my order to be delivered much sooner. They kindly refunded my order, and gave me a coupon towards my next one. I wasn’t expecting that at all! I thought they would tell me something like they had no control over the driver once the food leaves their premise, or that anything under an hour is normal, or the typical run around stuff. Instead, they took full accountability and I was blown away! I do recognize that in the food service industry that not everything goes perfectly all the time, and it’s how companies respond that makes all the difference. I can say that not only is Cluck’s food terrific, but that their service reflects a company that cares about their customers. “The good : the food was delicious, the spices did not taste overwhelming. I love more mild cuisine that allows me to taste the food itself instead of being overwhelmed by sweetness or
saltiness or any other spiciness.
The chickens was crispy and mildy sweet just like i asked, I also had veggies and rice that were great.
The bad : the furniture has seen better days, it is overdue for some upgrades
Overall I would come back here and I would recommend it.“
