Hot day! So busy but the staff were friendly and efficient! Loved our food and treats, the Manager paid us a visit at our table to check in, that was a nice touch. We will definitely be back.
Yesterday I posted my frustration with this Dairy Queen due to a mix up with my ordered and not being able to reach the store. This morning I received a call from the owner to sort out the issue and cannot describe how grateful I was for it! Jacob was very kind, understanding and professional and truly wants nothing more than to give great service and establish the same expectations with his team. I would reccomend this Dairy Queen to everyone that can dine here! Thank you again!
