Little bit of a story .. tried going online to order a custom cake and was within the 2 day ordering needed but the calendar online would not give me the option of the day I wanted to pick up so I called the store but did not get the name of the lady who I spoke to. She went ABOVE and beyond what I was hoping for. She noted the time and day I would be coming to pick up the cake.
