I often go to Higher Ground on my way to work and it is always lovely. However, this morning (April 26th) the staff really went above and beyond with their customer service. You guys really made my morning, thank you!
Don't expect much!We had a cappuccino which looked more like coffee and milk mix. The cookie, though tasted good, was far from fresh, and the selection wasn't large. Also no napkin was given. Our tea was good.Also it would be nice if there was water available in a corner or so for customers.We picked up our order from the counter, and placed our dishes in a designated area with a sign asking customers to do so, so don't understand why there's a tip option on the paying machine...read full review

My favourite place to stop for an incredible coffee and bite to eat when driving around yyc!!! This cafe is grounding and relaxing, and the staff & baristas have all been super friendly!! The drinks I’ve tried so far are all delicious!! Yum!!
