“Takes a long time when they get busy but the food was hot & fresh, just as good as any standalone KFC location. It’s one of the more popular food court options here so you might be waiting 10mins or so if you’re here right at the lunch rush. Really friendly guy took and handed out my order.“

“The young Philippino girl at the service counter was super nice. They had called me to let me know that my order will take longer. When I arrived the girl offered me a free drink while waiting. Will definitely go back to this location. I live in COCHRANE and I had stopped going to KFC as the one in COCHRANE is really bad.“

“I loved my experience there! Came there with my family once, I was very tired and want really expecting anything, but the place was very clean and welcome. The workers did great job with being kind and patient with us! They were happy to serve us food, as well as there were some freebies (I think for kids) such as colouring pages, and others (see pictures). The food was very delicious, and there was enough space for me and my family of 5. We had a great time, it was a blessing eating there. The washrooms are clean and nice, in fact everything was clean. This was my first ever time eating in there, and I very much enjoyed it!!! Recommend“

“Have gone here a multitude of times and it is probably one of the better KFC's I been too. The food comes fast, the restaurant has always been clean and tidy the times I've been there, and the workers are very kind. Specifically, two workers I have noticed go above are Betime and Adil. When at the front counter, they are always kind, attentive, and pack my food in a timely manner.“

“Tried the new Xtra Crispy chicken and was very disappointed. It was crispy for sure, but no 11 herbs and spices on this one. It was like very plain Korean fried chicken.To be fair, this is my goto KFC and they are usually great. Also just reno 'd in the last 12 months and looks much better. Always super-fast service too with friendly staff. Always has.Note: I really loved it when it was a KFC/Taco Bell combo store but that evaporated during COVID
Parking: Only about 8-9 spaces, mostly angle parking. That's OK though since 90% of their trade is take-out / delivery“
“The Pros= Oh wow I just don’t know what Magic Ingredients that they used to Enhance their Secret Recipe. But for today at least the Taste was Incredible, we’d say it could give Jollibee for its Money. And as for that Meat the Fried Chicken itself it was so Tender and Juicy. And as for the Outer Crispy Skin itself it was so Top Notch. And when we picked it up it was so hot that I had to drop it back down. But then again we went there pretty early in the day.
And the Employee that Helped us was excellent and professional. The Macaroni Salad was good as usual along with the French Fries. And Considering that this was Black Friday, just makes it that much more impressive. Especially by the time that we got there, there was already a line up. Oh and about the Sizes of the Fried Chicken themselves they were bigger than usual. Again for today at least, the experience was good that my mom just couldn’t stop Complimenting on them and the food itself. And That Should Do It For The Pros.
The Cons= Unfortunately The Macaroni Salad although good, I just Personally Feel it could Be Colder, especially for the time that we went there. Granted it could be just me saving it for the end instead of the beginning of our meal. And as for the French Fries themselves I kind of wished they were a little more meatier. But still enjoyed the flavour. And it just sucks that their Soda Machine is in the inside instead of the outside. But I understand why that is.
And don’t get me wrong we’re still happy with the service that we got, but it still would have been nice if I wanted Ice with my Soda. And it also kind of sucks that their Kiosk Machines Don’t Take Coupons which was what we were using. And That Should Do It For The Cons.

“I got chicken tenders at 9:40 and it was so dry and raw and truly garbage , I went back to ask them to refund and they gave me 1 drumstick which was raw and old aswell , everything they had was old and dried up chicken and this is my 3rd time going here“
