Great atmosphere. Perfect place for private parties. Could've been quicker with the refills though. But lovely staff. Great choices in music. Cozy. Updated and interesting decor.
As with 95% of Calgary restaurants the volume control is brutal and there is never any decent sound engineering. but other than that it is a good space with a cool vibe and really good service.

My daughter and her friends celebrated her birthday at Model Milk so this is a review from five teenagers. They LOVED the food. Their server was “top tier.” They got a chance to try different foods with unique flavours. The ambience was a like a “cool jazz club”. They had a fabulous experience. So we're definitely coming back to enjoy the restaurant again. Thanks to the wonderful staff at Model Milk!
