Broth was good and noodles were cooked well. Pork belly was on the tougher side and the sides were very unappealing. Did not enjoy the pile of uncooked cabbage and soggy shitaki mushrooms topping the ramen. Would suggest a quick marinade on the mushrooms to elevate dish. Egg was overcooked and grainy.
We got the sumo. The broth is good but the egg was about to go bad, noodles overcooked, veggies slightly undercooked, the "cha shu" was tough like jerky. It seems like everything is already made and the employee just needs to heat it up but maybe due to lack of experience, nothing except for the broth and mushrooms was really working out.

Was OK nothing to brag about, the broth was tasty but the meat lacked flavor, but will definitely not ever be returning with the current girl they have working there she didn't eben say one word to me ..no hello ,nothing then hands me my food and rolls her eyes .if the owner is reading this ,hire someone else ,you'd be doing your business a huge favor.
