I stopped here after liking the ambience look and chose to stay after looking at the menu and felt my mouth watering. I sat at the bar as I was eating by myself and the friendly bartender quickly got me settled with a sparkling sangria (a sangra made with cava). If I were to go for the drink alone I was off to a great start. Service was very poor. Food was, as w table staff advised, "tapas-like". Not to my liking. Paella (not sure on spelling) variation was clearly burnt and should not have been served. It was also "paella-like". Not what was expected.
Looooove Ox. We've been going there for years and can't get enough of the many great tapas. Our favourite is definitely the potatas bravas, the chicken and steak are awesome, their desserts.. and the salad is one of best we've had. Have been many times, great for small groups or just a nice date night. Delicious and the latest Reno's make the decor fresh and bright to enjoy great conversation inside our out on the patio in the summer.
