“2025 Nov month end.. I ordered 10 pieces after going back and forth to get the best order. The take away, I should get 5 dark and 5 white as I paid for an upgrade to 1 piece to rib. ... Only to get home and 2 white meat. I called the store, left messages and no response..no retuned calls..
As you can see not the first time there is a missed opportunity. I won't necessarily go back to this store, it will be my last resort based on not much options in the area, unless you drive to beacon Hill or Airdrie
2024 June 8. Bought chicken as usual and asked for mix meat and got home and all dark meat. .msecond time in recent months, this has happened. So, I will need to check the order to make sure before leaving

I would highly appreciate the way she treats the customer along with the efforts of the others staff members.“
“Love this location. I lived nearby and never have i ever had a bad experience. Food is always great whether its through delivery services or in person. All managers and staff are incredibly nice and serve top tier customer service.
I am now moved into another part of the city but i still go to this one 😊“

“I recently visited Popeyes in Forest Lawn and had a great experience overall. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just the way it should be. The seasoning was spot on and tasted authentic.
I also tried the fries and biscuits — both were delicious. The fries were well-seasoned and crispy, and the biscuit was buttery and soft. The portion sizes were satisfying for the price.
The staff were friendly and my order came out quickly, even though it was a bit busy. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained.
Overall, I’d definitely come back when I’m craving flavorful fried chicken. Great job to the team at the Forest Lawn location!“
“Good food, very tasty, but can get a little pricey compared to the US restaurants. Paid $3.00 Jamaican for 2 pcs chicken, gravy, mashed potatoes and popcorn chicken with bread! Good luck fining that price here.

“I came into Popeyes today on my own, struggling around on crutches, and the kind ladies working went above and beyond. They helped me fill my drink and even carried it out to my car.
